The question being answered here is “does it work?”. During my 2012 fitness journey, I plan to try the wholesome approach to weight loss and fitness. For some reason deemed an unconventional method, it involves no counting of calories, a cleansing routine, weekly free days, maybe weekly fasting days, interval cardio training, and metabolism increasing foods.
With each method I employ, there will be an explanation, where I got the method and the results.
